Real Listing, Real Pricing!!


“Emily, I saw there are other listings pricing is far lower than yours?! ”

“What price other agent quoted you?!”


“You should directly place deposit to lock the deal, coz this price is much lower than the last transacted price!!”

This conversation always happens between myself and buyers, they always think that I’ve marked up the price unreasonable. But after check with other agents, or even after viewed the house, they will say, “Emily, you are right, no more RM720k!”

Last transaction for Ambang Botanic 2 Enya Superlink house is RM 780,000. Why would sellers sell lower than the transacted price? Unless their units is not preferable (Very close to Kesas Highway, Next to power station ect.)

My principal is very straight forward ~~ REAL LISTING & REAL PRICING!
